I don't usually read the local paper, but I could not help but read some of the things which have been said in it recently about my school.

Monmouth Comp is generally regarded as being a very good school. If it wasn't, then all the kids from Usk, the Forest and other areas would not attend it.

Some of the things said in the letters were true, but I am sure all schools have problems and my school is no different.

We are nearly at the end of the school year, so hopefully we can put it all behind us and start again next September.
