A lot has been talked about how important tourism is to Monmouth.
At the same time I am told that the lack of hanging baskets in the town is totally the choice of the traders.
If this is the case, they really should be ashamed and don't deserve the business that the tourists provide. Please think again, we have a lovely town and should take some pride in it.
