A keen-eyed member of the public in Monmouth alerted police to the theft of fuel in the Wyesham area. Officers searched for the offender and located a quantity of diesel in his vehicle. The male was arrested for theft and possession of drugs.

Due to the quick action of the witness police were able to arrive quickly and apprehend the culprit and recover the goods.
