I read with great interest you article and letters about Vodafone signals or a lack thereof.

Our signals went away on New Year's Eve last year and came back on again two weeks ago.

Numerous complaints were sent to Vodafone either by phone calls or direct to the shops.

Numerous excuses were made by both – either the mast was broken, the part could not be sourced, the part had to be brought in from abroad etc.

My husband is self employed and uses his phone for business as a lot of other people do. Frustrating was not the word for it.

I hope Vodafone do not keep your readers waiting as long as we did.
