Monmouth U14s took part in the two day tournament at Rockfield Community Centre playing fields and emerged undefeated in all of their group games. They beat Merthyr, the favourites, in a fiery game, but in the final, the boys held the score to 1-1, but lost in extra time. Manager Andrew Lewis, said the team played superbly, and wanted the thank "all the fans and parents who supported us not only in this tournament, but throughout the whole season."Player of the tournament was Douie Evans
