SIR,
I was one of the fortunate few who actually got to register my views about the return of the market to it's proper place outside the Shire Hall last Monday (9th May).
Others weren't so fortunate.
People showed up only to be told they had to have an appointment.
There were a lot of angry people there.
It's hard not to think that Monmouthshire County Council doesn't really care what Monmouth residents think.
Why else would they make it so difficult to take part in this "consultation" process?
