I am writing on the off chance that you can help my mother, who has recently had a few mini strokes, hence her health is not good.
She is trying to trace her cousins. Apparently, her uncle Charlie/Charles Woodward murdered his wife Jessie in 1956 in Monmouth and received nine years in Broadmoor.
I have looked online but have not found anything at all, which is why I am contacting you.
My mother's name is Linda Lowe need Whitfield. Her father Harold was Jessie's brother.
