CHILDREN at Mitchel Troy Preschool got in to the festive spirit when they presented their Nativity production on Friday (15th December).

A tear or two was shed as angels, wise-men, shepherds and Mary arrived with help from Joseph leading the age old star donkey (who will be celebrating his 40th birthday next year!).

The children were in full voice confidently singing the old favorites with some great Welsh renditions adding to the flavor of the morning.

The school thanked the children and staff for such a wonderful performance enjoyed by all.

They also thanked Millbrook Nursery for donating the Christmas tree, Osbaston School for the loan of their stage, Dave Cumper for his help in transporting the stage, Eirwyn and Suzy Smith for their gifts and continued support, the committee members and parents for their generosity and of course Father Christmas (and his wife!) plus everyone who supported the preschool throughout the year.
