INFORMATION to help identify the subjects of two 19th century portraits is being sought.

The two old portraits above, which could date back more than 100 years, were handed into the Beacon offices by a member of the public this week.

The two photos appear to have been taken by photographer R. Tudor Williams, who was located on Monnow Street in Monmouth and active in the 1860s and 1870s.
