Who are these selfish people who park in Dixton Close all day?

Today is icy, and the only clear spaces in the road are taken by parked cars, this makes it a one track road and leaves residents to drive on the ice.

I am aware that there are no parking restrictions in the close, but even double yellow lines are ignored and people park on the corner making it extremely dangerous to get around.

Please can we have some parking restrictions here that are enforced?
