A 62-YEAR-OLD man has been conditionally discharged for six months after admitting that he grew four cannabis plants in the village.
Paul Moody, c/o Greenfield Close, Joys Green, Lydbrook, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court to cultivating the plants in the village in October last year.
As well as the conditional discharge, the magistrates ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £26 surcharge.
