Can I praise Welsh Water to the heights for the way in which they have dealt with the recent crisis. If there was an Oscar for public utilities, then Welsh Water should get one!

They have kept us informed, they organised water tankers from all over the UK to keep the mains full, and they have delivered drinking water to houses, and always been courteous and helpful and informative.
