Monmouth Comprehensive School's Charity committee organised a non uniform day, a bakesale, a quidditch match between pupils and teachers competition, and collections around school which raised £1,000

£18 was raised for Comic Relief by the babies and toddlers at Busy Bees in Wyesham, pictured right, by wearing pyjamas and red noses.  They also enjoyed decorating biscuits, making red noses from playdough and playing balloon games.

Boys at The Grange, Monmouth Preparatory School, enjoyed selling and eating their homemade cakes, and with cakes being sold at just 20p and 10p the boys managed to raise a fantastic £160 for Comic Relief.

Swimmers saw red at Monmouth Leisure Centre when the pool was dyed red. £240 was raised
