Lee Robson, chairman of Monmouth Town Football Club, congratulated the team on winning the Division Three Welsh League, saying what a great season they had, adding: "We like to prove people wrong time and time and time again."
Director of Football Barry Burns said that it had been a fantastic season for the under 19s. "A very very young team," he added.
