The Civic Service is when the new mayor dedicates herself and her council to the responsibilies of thanking God for the life of this, our town of Monmouth.

This service will be at the Priory Church of St Mary the Virgin at 3pm on 9th June.

The mayor, council and procession will walk from the Shire Hall just before 3pm, along Church Street to the church while the bells ring out over the town in welcome.

I would like you and your family to come along and join us at St Mary's Church and help us celebrate the beginning of another Civic year here in Monmouth.
