Monmouth Town Council, as part of an on-going project, has agreed to improve the town's Christmas lights.

This year they have decided to install 32 miniature Christmas trees, which will be dressed with white lights to complement the existing scheme.

The trees will be positioned on the first floor level of selected retail premises along Monnow Street. The Council has worked closely with businesses and also the Local Authority's Conservation Officer in order to choose the most appropriate locations.
