CHRISTMAS comes early in Mitchel Troy as the village halls hosts craft activities, treasure hunt, traditional games and more.

On Saturday December 20, starting at 3pm there will be craft activities, a treasure hunt, traditional games such as ‘tail on the donkey’ and much more and people even get to try there luck at the advent tombola for 20p.

To boost the entertainment there will be a gingerbread competition for all ages which will be judged by two local bakers, all you have to do is come along with your gingerbread creations along with a label which has your name and phone number on.

The event takes place of there usual coffee morning where the community can come together to socialise, enjoy festive themed cakes and other goodies.

There will be a variety of drinks on offer including teas, coffees, alcohol free hot punch an free drinks for children. The bar will also be open all afternoon.

Santa is making a special appearance at the event, to reserve a present which are £4 each you should contact [email protected] with the age of each child.
