Chippenham Mead, the field alongside our allotments between the rivers Wye and Monnow, which is part of Chippy and its legal name, is public land for the use and enjoyment of the public.

The fruit trees planted in this field are also for the use and enjoyment of children and adults.

There should be no obstruction or attempt to deny access to any member of the public wishing to enjoy the use of this land.

No person has the right to obstruct or deny members of the public lawful access to the land.
