MADAM,

As party leader of the British Empire Party, I have met with Roger Hoggins of Monmouthshire County Council to discuss the ownership of Chippenham Mead and the Rolls Hall which was given to the people of Monmouth by Rolls of the Rolls Royce fame.

I have all the legal documents which is law. Anyone who interferes with Chippenham and the Rolls Hall is liable to prosecution and to be taken to court. I have researched Monmouth and Monmouthshire, it took me eight years and I have all the Kings charters on Monmouth.

Henry VI states in his charter that Monmouth will be run by the Town and Borough Council of Monmouth.

The party will be having a meeting at the Riverside Hotel to discuss these charters and the gifts given to Monmouth by Rolls. The meeting is at 11am on Friday 25th November.

Mrs Buckland and Mr Bradley stated Chippenham belongs to the people of Monmouth, they are right.
