Over 30 young people using false ID to get into a Chepstow nightclub have had the fake documentation seized by police.

Fake ID cards and driving licences and passports were retained by door staff at Aura Nightclub.

Stuart Hayles, Manager of Aura explained, "At Aura, we are extremely vigilant about underage drinking. When presented with identification, we will often request supporting documentation be supplied to back this up.

"More often than not, we find that the document produced by an individual may be the only one that they carry bearing those details, and they may have several other forms of identification that reveal their true identity."
