A CHEPSTOW opticians has reopened following a five-figure investment to transform the store experience.

The shop floor has also been redesigned to streamline the customer journey, while the store’s four test rooms have also undergone a total refresh.
Ashish Sharma, ophthalmic director at Specsavers Chepstow, adds: ‘We’re a business that has been in the heart of Chepstow for more than two decades, and throughout this time we’ve put our customers at the forefront of everything we do.
‘Demand for expert eye care has grown, and our store needed to evolve to meet the needs of our customers.
‘This refurbishment ensures we remain a welcoming and accessible space, both for our customers and our team.’
