A CHEPSTOW dairy company is to supply homemade ice cream to Waitrose in Monmouth.

Brooke's Wye Valley Dairy Company, based at Panta Farm, was established in 1994 and uses milk from its herd of pedigree Jersey cows with local ingredients to produce ice cream in its own dedicated dairy.

Now, as part of Waitrose's commitment to supporting local communities, three flavours of Brooke's Ice Cream will be available in Monmouth as well as Caldicot, Abergavenny, Pontprennau and Barry.
