The executive head chef of the Crown at Whitebrook will be on stage at the Hay Festival tomorrow (2nd June) at 5.20pm.
Celebrity chef James Sommerin will be talking about cooking, life and the future with Daily Telegraph weekend editor Mark Skipworth.
James will also take questions from the floor and be signing and selling his Crown at Whitebrook recipe cook book 'Twenty Plus 10', a memoir of the 2010 Ryder Cup stuffed with recipes, food and golf photos.
