COUNCILLOR Graham Pritchard, Mayor of Monmouth, is set to open the brand new Bridges Community Shop on Monnow Street, Monmouth at 10.30am tomorrow (Friday 6th May).

The Mayor said: “The arrival of a Bridges Community Shop is important for the people of Monmouthshire, as every penny raised at the shop will stay in the local area helping people from all walks of life. I’m delighted to support the initiative and look forward to cutting the ribbon. I urge local people to support the shop by donating as much clothes and household goods as possible!”

Donations of good quality adult and children’s clothing, usable toys and saleable books and bric-a-brac can be dropped off at the shop or at Bridges Centre, Wonastow Road, Monmouth.
