A Premier League goalkeeping coach is coming back to Monmouth over the festive season to teach youngsters some 'keeping skills.
Allan Hawkins (pictured below) is an FA qualified coach and scout for West Bromwich Albion and runs his own coaching business, The Goalkeeping Academy.
He returns after a successful coaching session in Monmouth in the summer.
"With the festive period nearly here and many young footballers climbing the walls without any games being played due to the adverse weather, we have decided to put on a two-hour session in Monmouth over the Christmas/ New Year holiday," said Allan.
"We will be in Monmouth on 31st December for a morning session of coaching (9.30am to 11.30am) and fun shot-stopping action games and also throw some mince pies in for the parents if they are still hungry."
