POLICE looking for missing Beachley man Eddie Wise are focussing their search in Ogmore By Sea in the Vale of Glamorgan after his car was found in the area.

The missing man’s blue Nissan Note was discovered by police parked near a landmark known locally as the dipping bridge in Merthyr Mawr.

The car was found on Sunday, two weeks after Mr Wise went missing from his home near Chepstow on 18th July. He is described as white, six foot tall, of a large build, with short, dark brown hair and a beard. He likes walking and are appealing for anybody who has been in the area who may have seen him to make contact. Posters are being put up in Merthyr Mawr to target those who regularly use the popular walking area.
