RESIDENTS in the Cross Ash area are being asked to help with an affordable housing development on the site of the redundant fuel station in the village.

The Rural Housing Enabler, David James needs to determine the level of demand for the type of property to be built on the site of the former Martin's Garage and is asking anyone interested to express whether they want to see rented accommodation or freehold properties on the site.

A drop-in meeting will be held at Cross Ash Hall on Wednesday 29th April between 4.30pm and 7.30pm.
