As a resident of Old Dixton Road opposite the Burgage, I find it inconceivable for The Burgage to be used as a through road for the Dixton Clinic development.

The heavy stream of vehicles to and from the school, leisure centre, public car park and river access is quite chaotic at peak periods.

Adding to this hundreds of children use The Burgage to access their school.

As things are at the moment, it is a mean feat for the emergency services to attend to Burgage residents.

What hope do they have if this development access goes ahead?
