SIR, I am writing to thank all those who donated to Bridges Flag Day held in Monmouth town centre on Friday and Saturday, July 13 and 14. We made a magnificent £452.12, many thanks again to those who donated. Thank you also to all the Bridges volunteers who manned the collection tins, some of whom got wet in the process.
