SIMON Bonsor from Chepstow raised £564 for charity Macmillan Cancer Support by getting his hair shaved off at the Queen’s Head micro-pub in Chepstow last month (5th August).

Simon was joined on the night by landlord Glen and pub regular Dave who also had their hair shaved off.

Simon said: “I saw the brilliant Brave the Shave promotional videos on TV, and I have several colleagues who have trained like mad to run or cycle for charity, so having my hair cut to give something back was a bit of an easy option.

“We know lots of people who have suffered from cancer through the years, so it’s a no-brainer to do this and really easy.

“We also turned it into a bit of a fun night out down the pub, so everyone’s a winner.”
