The body of a man, found in woodland near Monmouth on 13 April, has now been formally identified as Stewart McGinn. The 30-year-old had been reported as missing to police on Tuesday April 11.
A search involving helicopters ended when a body was found in woodland two days later near Wonastow Road. A spokesman for Gwent Police said "His death is not being treated as suspicious and our thoughts remain with his family at this time".
The coroner has been informed.
