A barrier will be installed on Usk Island Car Park in an attempt to tackle anti-social behaviour.

Councillor Val Smith proposed the idea after members heard about the problems facing people in Llanbadoc.

Resident Peter Sutherland said: "There are discos coming from cars at 3am and cars skidding around at 3 and 4am.

"The impact is also felt the next morning, when we have people asking us how we put up with the litter and fires."
