GWENT Police are appealing for information and witnesses following an assault which occurred on Alpha Street, Bulwark Industrial Estate, Bulwark sometime between 7pm and 8.30pm on Saturday 11th April.

A 47 year old man was walking along the road when he was approached by three or four men and assaulted. He sustained facial injuries and required hospital treatment. He has since been discharged.
