American touranment at Penallt Penallt Tennis Club held an American tournament last Sunday. Luckily there were twelve players, the correct number for their three courts. The weather was also just right, dry and not too hot. As usual everyone drew for partners. Each player plays with their partner for half the time and against them for the other half. Over the afternoon each couple plays every other couple. As usual there were some close contests and a lot of banter. Steph Howells and Georgina Evans had the highest two scores at the end of the afternoon.
