Amanda Harwood, a member of the Monmouth Tae Kwon Do club, graded successfully in front of five 8th Dan Masters at the Tae Kwon Do Academy held in Bristol recently.

She received her black belt and certificates from Master Tony Farr, 5th Dan, at her next training session at Monmouth Leisure Centre.

Tutor Tony was pleased with her progress and said: "She deserves her win as Amanda always puts in 110 per cent into every training class."
