After living in Usk for some 40 years and holding the office of Mayor four times, Roger Galletely believes he can at last lay claim to being "a local!"
Certainly Roger's great affection for his adopted town, and pride in being the only person in 650 years to hold the position of Mayor on four occasions is evident as he describes the qualities that make the town so special.
