With regard to the letter from Sandra Harvey, in the Beacon dated 10th April, it appears that her 24-hours-a-day lighting is not an isolated incident.

Our street lights in Wyesham have also been on constantly for a couple of weeks.

I telephoned the relevant department at Monmouthshire Council, but nothing has been done about the problem to date.

It would be interesting to see how many other areas have been affected.
