The Wye Valley National Landscape are hosting a Bumblebee ID and monitoring workshop with the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.

It will take place on Tuesday May 20 from 9.30am until 4pm with lunch included at Trellech at Babington Centre and Wet Meadow.

The workshop will consist of trying to track rare and endangered species in the Wye Valley National landscape.

They will look at bumblebee ecology, identification and survey techniques, and an interactive session which is a practical Bee Walk demonstration.

The workshop will look at improving beginners' knowledge of nature and developing their knowledge on this species.

The workshop is free, however with limited spaces available they advise you book to secure a space.
