GWENT Police is this afternoon appealing for information to find a missing 14-year-old boy.

Billy Edwards, from the Monmouthshire area, was reported missing on 5th August.

Billy is described as white, approximately 5ft 6 inches tall, of slim build with short brown hair. He is last known to be wearing dark coloured jogging bottoms, a grey and red hooded jumper and a dark coloured cap.

Billy has links to the Pontypool area.
