A QUAD bike and a quantity of prescribed animal drugs have been stolen from a Monmouthshire farm building.
Gwent Police are appealing for information after a high value quad bike was stolen from an insecure outbuilding of a farm in Llanvihangel Crucorney. The offence happened sometime overnight between Wednesday 2nd November and Thursday 3rd November.
The limited edition Honda 95 300c Quad is worth around £2,500 and is dark green in colour. In a box on the back of the quad was a quantity of prescribed animal drugs.
Inspector Arwel Hicks said: “I want to remind people that these drugs can be lethal to humans and we’re warning anyone who comes into contact with them, that if consumed, they could potentially be putting their life in danger. We’re keen to speak to anyone who may have been offered these drugs or may have any information on this crime.”
Anyone with information should call Gwent Police on 101 quoting log number 183 3/11/16.
