The first Tae Kwon Do tournament of the year produced some excellent results and a clutch of gold medals.
Siblings Oliver, Joseph and Frances Park did exceptionally well with Oliver winning a gold in teams, Joseph a silver for sparring and gold in teams, while Frances gained golds.
Other successful students included Amelai Ralph with two golds, Matthew Peters who won a bronze and a gold, Lee Roberts bronze, Jake Hayes bronze and Mike Armstrong silver.
Instructor Tony Farr was very pleased with his students' efforts and although some came away empty-handed, all who entered gave an excellent performance.
Mr Farr said that it is always good to see his students being regarded for thier efforts, "the most important aspect in any tournament is that they have the courage to take part."
