A Monmouth man is encouraging people to join in a game of football and raise money for Sport Relief.
Mike Tompkins has organised a sponsored 24-hour five-a-side football match at Monmouth Leisure Centre, kicking off at 1pm on Saturday 24th March to raise money for the charity.
So far he has more than 300 men, women, boys and girls signed up to take part but still needs a few more.
From 1pm to 9pm on the Saturday is fully subscribed and will feature local boys between the ages of seven and 15. There are Under 6s and Under 7s playing on the Sunday morning.
At 9pm there is a ladies' hour but a few more are needed to take part.
From 10pm on the Saturday, through to 8.30am on Sunday, nearly 100 men (12 teams) are playing and again there is room for a few more.
To enter a team is £15 or individuals can enter for £3.

"Next year, I'm going for the World Record," said Mike.
