SPIRIT of Monmouth took three of the top ten positions in the Whitebrook Wind Up.
George Smith was the first runner home for the club, finishing in fourth position overall, with a time of 50 minutes 21 seconds.
Next was Rob Nelson, finishing ninth, with a time of 54 minutes and 20 seconds.
Then Stuart Kramer finished 10th, in 54 minutes and 36 seconds.
Nerys Chaplin was second fastest woman overall and first lady home for the club, with a time of 55 minutes 43 seconds, a new personal record for the course.
Jeremy Creasey gained a time of 59 minutes and 26 seconds and Tony Hardy finished in one hour and 23 minutes.
The Whitebrook Windup 10km is a Spirit of Monmouth Running Club Championship race this year. Members compete in selected races throughout the year and the winning male and female are awarded a shield in an annual awards ceremony. To find out more, visit spiritofmonmouth.co.uk
