The 6th annual Santa Fun Run took a different course this year with the whole race taking place on Chippenham field on a run of 2.1 kilometres.

Organised by the Spirit of Monmouth Running Club and supported by Wyastone Business Park, the event was open to individuals and families with spot prizes for fancy dress entrants.

The total amount raised was £743, this will be matched by Barclays Bank, to bring the total to £1486.

All proceeds to be split between Multiple Sclerosis and TASCOS - a local Monmouth charity specialising in autism training.
