Monmouth Trampoline Club competed again over the last three weekends.

Firstly at the second Gradings held at Sports Wales National Centre, Kacey King won Gold again in the Club Level 1 11-12 Girls category. Katie, in the Welsh Level 1 Over 11s, completed two full routines, scoring 43.4 but just missed out on a medal. Jessica Maylin also placed 4th in the Regional Challenge Cup Level 3 15+ Girls .

The following weekend, 26/27 March, at the British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Trampoline and DMT Competition held at Telford International Centre, two club members competed for their universities. Representing Southampton University, Robin Skailes was 4th in the Trampoline Performance Men. Robin was in 2nd place going into the Final but missed out on a medal by 0.15.

Kirsty Maylin, competing for Oxford University in Trampoline Level 2 Women, was 12th after the Preliminaries. She missed out on a place in the Top 8 Final by 0.78. Kirsty also competed in the DMT Level 1 Women category and was placed 6th.

On the first weekend in April, Jessica and Kirsty continued competing at the first Trampoline and DMT League 2022 competition. Held at The Triangle Leisure Centre in Burgess Hill, Sussex, Jessica managed 18th out of a group of 36 in the Trampoline 3 17-18 Girls group. Kirsty was placed 25th in her Trampoline 3 19+ Ladies group and 12th in the DMT 3 19+ Ladies group. Both earned themselves League Points which will may qualify them to the League Finals at Lee Valley VeloPark, London in November.
