FOUR Chepstow boxers took part at the Bristol Box Cup recently, winning gold, silver and bronze medals.

The two-day event saw Kayd Dean and Gussy Cash win their bouts on the first day but Tommy Dolan lost on points in a very close-fought contest earning himself a bronze medal.

On day two Kayd Dean lost his final and received the silver medal, but Gussy Cash and Richard Gilheney won their finals to take gold.

Five Chepstow BC boxers are entered in the Welsh Schools and Minors Championships which began at the weekend.
