SIR,

Having received an 'in touch' through my letter box extolling the virtues of the Simon Lane, the proposed Conservative candidate for the Dixton with Osbaston ward for the May elections, I am incensed that Mr Lane is suggesting he is going to re-establish the local town branch, which was given a temporary suspended status by Usk and not by our local branch members.

Despite numerous letters and requests, Usk have not had the decency to give us an explanation as to the reasons why.

We have been treated disgracefully and I for one am totally disgusted and disillusioned by the actions and behaviour of certain people in Usk and I shall not be voting Conservative on 3rd May.

Mr Lane, I believe you will be very lucky if you are elected. David Davies had better watch his seat in the future, too.
