SIR, When the new-look Wyesham Post Office opens on 20th October, customers will be able to take advantage of the longer opening hours and a simpler format of operating. When customers were asked what they liked about the existing branch, they said they appreciated the wide variety of services offered and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Although the new format is different, the Post Office are confident that the service, security and privacy of the refurbished branch will not be compromised.
