Wide loads leaving Mabey Bridge are expected to cause some delay for motorists over the next couple of days.

The loads will be leaving the Mabey Bridge Station Road site in Chepstow, up through the town to join the M48 at Jcn 2 where they will travel to the Coldra roundabout, turn around and head back on the M4 towards the Second Severn Crossing.

The loads, which are 38m and 28m steel girders for a major railway bridging project at Bexhill in England, will leave Chepstow on Friday 4th July at 10am and on Saturday 5th July at 10am. More loads will leave the following Friday and Saturday (11th and 12th July), both also at 10am.
