Where have all the flowers gone?

SIR,

One day last week I took a trip to Usk. What a delight, there were flowers everywhere, it looked really inviting for visitors and locals.

Later the same day I returned to Monmouth. What a contrast. A few years ago this town too looked inviting, what ever happened?

Never mind we have our empty cans and cartons to bring a little colour to our streets!
